Hi! My name is Arpi and I’m a rising freshman at Northwestern University. I’m passionate about learning and science and will be majoring in biomedical engineering on the pre-medical track.
I graduated from Glenbrook North High School in 2026 as a Glenbrook Scholar, Honor Roll Student, with a 3.98 unweighted GPA, and a Superscore of 35 on the ACT.
Throughout high school I always performed well in my classes and would frequently make study groups outside of school with friends to help them with shared classes or assignments. As I realized how teaching and helping others came easily to me I began to tutor AP students, mostly in Biology.
Though I have mostly tutored in science I have strong understandings and capability of all subjects having taken 11 APs in 3 years. I also have experience with both the Digital SAT and Digital ACT having taken and scored highly on both exams myself.

Hi! My name is Jaiden, and I’m a rising freshman at Northwestern University where I will be majoring in Chemistry on the pre-medical track. I want to create more spaces where STEM and humanities-based thinking can intersect, and it is this vision that has led me to the spheres of pedagogy, journalism/research, and medicine.
I graduated from Glenbrook North High School in the Class of 2026, achieving a cumulative weighted GPA of 5.0 and a score of 36 on all sections of the ACT. I’ve also received multiple national awards and recognitions for writing from organizations like the National Council of Teachers of English (NCTE) and the National Scholastic Press Association (NSPA).
I began tutoring my freshman year of high school, but I have been coaching volleyball and offering private lessons since the eighth grade. As a tutor, I believe it is my responsibility to help students access the critical thinking ability already inside of them, eventually learning to be autonomous in their studying and test-taking habits. Beyond just exposure to new content or rote memorization and practice, it has been my goal and privilege to watch my students make breakthroughs in the way that they personally learn.

Hello! My name is Gillian, and I am a rising sophomore at Baylor University in Waco, TX. I am a Medical Humanities major with a minor in Biochemistry on the pre-medical track. I am deeply passionate about both the humanities and the sciences.
My favorite study method during my freshman year at Baylor was teaching, whether to an empty lecture hall or a group of friends. I truly enjoy the process of breaking down complicated concepts to be understandable.
I strongly believe in the power of tutoring, and I know I would not have maintained a 4.0 GPA without the help of my own tutors and supplemental instructors. Reviewing material multiple times with different people is extremely valuable and can truly make or break your grade in a course.
