Bio:
UpLevel Skills was founded in 2025 by Vlad Vayngart out of a genuine passion for helping children discover their potential. After more than 25 years in software engineering, Vlad decided it was time to return to what had always inspired him the most — teaching and mentoring

He began his tutoring journey in 1993 at the University of Illinois at Chicago, working in the tutoring center and helping students with college-level Algebra and Calculus. After graduation, he continued tutoring—this time at home—guiding his three sons through preK to 12th grade, all of whom performed at high levels in advanced math courses

Today, Vlad works with students from preK math all the way through AP Calculus, helping them build strong foundations, grow their confidence, and truly enjoy the process of learning—both in the classroom and beyond
